Description

Catherine Deneuve and Juliette Binoche star in this French drama directed by Hirokazu Koreeda. After her mother, celebrated actress Fabienne (Deneuve), publishes her memoirs, Lumir (Binoche) travels to Paris to visit her, accompanied by her American husband, Hank (Ethan Hawke), and their young daughter. Back in her childhood home, Lumir’s reunion with her mother leads to confrontations about the past and harsh truths being revealed.
